Barry Ward Berean Benefit

  • This Thursday evening, Barry Ward, an award winning western musician (check him out here:  https://barrywardmusic.com/) is giving a free benefit concert for Berean Prison Ministries at Freedom4Life (7525 North Heinz Lane, Edwards, IL – near Grand Prairie).  Here are six reasons to come:
  • You Love Fall – The Thursday Forecast is 70 High / 47 Low and Sunny.  Is there a better way to enjoy that than listening to good music in the outdoors with your family?
  • You Like Western Music and Bluegrass –  A bluegrass group will open while you get your food and blankets set up to enjoy an evening with Barry Ward.  You’ll be able to meet Barry and buy his CDs at the event.  You won’t be disappointed.
  • You Care About the Incarcerated – Donations will go to Berean Prison Ministries, a nondenominational ministry that provides services, counselling, bibles and bible studies to inmates in the US and abroad (for more information visit https://bereanprisonministries.org/).
  • You Like Beef – Local Metamora farmer, Ron Bachmann, has generously donated a grass fed beef, which will be sold via silent auction at the benefit. (Better plug in your deep freeze now!)
  • You Like Free Things – Did I mention this is free?
  • You Like Kansas – Barry is a fourth-generation western Kansas farmer. He brings the best of Kansas to Illinois.  Come enjoy some genuine Midwest farm goodness and hospitality!
